We went to see Charlie and The Chocolate Factory on Friday night. It is AMAZING. It's all I expected it to be and more. Willy Wonka (Johnny Depp) is wonderful, and I love his sarcasm. Charlie (Freddie Highmore) is lovely. The other children are just as crazy as they are in the book. The sets and colourful and beautiful as only Tim Burton can make things. Of course the story is amazing, it's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! It's perfect. This film is already a classic.

Wedding Crashers. Hilarious. Loved it. Funniest movie I have seen in forever. Vince Vaughn, awesome. Owen Wilson, awesome. Christopher Walken, OMG. Simply loved it. Best movie of the day.

You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.20 -29: You are a twentysomething at heart. Getting back to Batman Begins … I enjoyed it quite a lot. It looked and sounded great and it had all those bats. What ’ s not to love? Well, quite a lot if you ’ re a batman purist, but I ’ m not. It had lots of gratuitous bat footage and Christian Bale so I can let a lot slide. Even Katie Holmes, who wasn ’ t nearly as annoying as she could have been. She wasn ’ t good, but she was pleasantly forgetable, and sometimes that ’ s enough.

So Chris is in for Warped Tour along with my bro. I'm getting excited b/c I know Chris will probably see whatever I want to see. I HAVE to see Motion City Soundtrack since they 're one of my favorite bands and I have yet to see them in concert and of course My Chemical Romance as well as Avenged Sevenfold (I plan on getting a shirt), Hawthorne Heights, Mxpx, Saosin, Senses Fail, Something Corporate, The Kinison, Hot Rod Circuit, and hopefully there won't be conficting stages like Hawthorne Heights are playing during Saosin. I'm excited. From now until Wednesday nothing but Warped Tour bands on my rotation list.

The size of the object orbiting our sun, with an orbit three times as distant as Pluto ’ s, has been bumped up to being larger than Pluto. In doing so, some astronomers are now calling this new object the 10th planet in our solar system.

Today, Senator Bill Frist announced his support of the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act, HR 810. We appreciate his thoughtful consideration of this critical issue. Senator Frist's announcement brings us one step closer to expanding federal funding of embryonic stem cell research and harnessing the power of government to find better treatments and cures for millions of Americans. While we are disappointed that the Senate did not hold a vote this July, we look to Senator Frist's leadership to quickly pass the Stem Cell Research Enhancement in the United States Senate this fall. In the meantime, we need your help.

Fox has decided that America has not suffered nearly long enough. The fifteen minutes of Paris Hilton, which expired 36 hours ago, will be strung out even longer this fall as “ The Simple Life 4 ” will be trotted out, just to make sure there are enough blonds and boobs on the television. Nicole Richie, who is apparently Paris ’ s friend/not friend/cat fight partner/can you tell I don ’ t follow, will also be tagging along, whether they get along or not since Fox signs the checks. No production schedule or air date has been set, however, so perhaps there is still hope. (thread)

now. Im totally serious, its been non stop. Reminds me of me. Except this is scary and dads blaming it on stress of selling the house and stuff. I think she should not keep having a go at me though, its really getting a bit annoying. I'm glad I didn't have to spend too much time with her today though, me and dad went to see The Island. That s one of the awesomest movies, I swear. It was clever as and I love Ewan Mcgregor and Scarlett Johansson. Still havn't seen Sin City yet, but I saw War of the Worlds last week. Another awesome movie of which I have kept my ticket stub: D On a slightly different subject ....

suggests the alcohol content is nearly non-existent. But at some point in HBP, Harry thinks about Butterbeer at some event (Slughorn's Christmas party?) and thinks about how drinking it will make the evening pass more smoothly, i.e. he plans on getting tipsy at the very least. WTF? 5) Tony Blair is not the Muggle prime minister in Chapter 1, it's John Major, timeline wise that is. 6) Does anyone else think Madam Pince sounds ridiculously like Ma Black?

Recently, I ’ ve also finished most of Dan Brown ’ s creations. Da Vinci Code, Digital Fortress, and Angel ’ s and Demon ’ s … All three are entertaining books, as long as you remember they ’ re fiction, and not real. The furor that Da Vinci Code created was unbelievable …. I also enjoy the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. As you can tell, I enjoy lighthearted humor!

I ’ m bringing my laptop, hope to do a roundup from the ground of what ’ s going on, but we ’ ll see. The odds are Jean Schmidt is gon na get her one year in Congress and that Paul Hackett isn ’ t Doug Flutie vs. U. of Miami. Maybe so, but the real victory here is the realization that, when presented with a strong, intelligent, authentic Democratic candidate, the reddist of red Ohio Congressional districts is not a cakewalk.

A movie recommendation for you, but make sure you have your wierd mood on when you watch it... Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Jim Carrey playing a real person, and Kate Winslet not playing Titanic. With cameos by Elijah Wood and, much to my surprise, Kirsten Dunst...

At Radio Equalizer Brian Maloney has owned the story of Robin Hood in reverse, the Air America scandal that refuses to die. In the latest installment of the saga, the Krazy Kos Kidz and their fellow travelers weigh in: "The backlash begins." Brian appears to have a strong stomach, a good sense of humor, and other attributes that serve him well in observing the moonbats on parade.

Daniel Radcliffe & Emma Watson Those of us who've read the books are awaiting the Hermione/Ron scenes in the fourth film, but off-screen, the events at the premiere of The Prisoner of Azkaban are causing many (including us) to be more interested in the relationship between Daniel'Harry Potter'Radcliffe and Emma Watson, who's now far too pretty to play Hermione. But is this all an act? Let's hope not. Awww! http: // www.catwalk - queen.net/danem.jpg Grrrrrrr :(

Director Oliver Stone takes on the epic saga of Alexander the Great (Colin Farrell), the Macedonian warrior who became legendary for his military might. Although Alexander's leadership was unflinching and his politics cunning, his interior life was as complicated as he was and included a strangely twisted relationship with his mother (Angelina Jolie), a complex marriage to Roxanne (Rosario Dawson) and a male lover (Jared Leto).

.) I'm not sure I think Jessica Biel is a good actor, but I thought she was surprisingly convincing as a military woman, which is more than I can say for Jamie Foxx -- can we say "phoned in," boys and girls? Too bad no one else in this film had much use for girls. As a movie, this is dreck. It makes Firefox look like a Renoir film. But if I were still in school, there'd be a fascinating term paper in it.

Tiger Woods'signature is the most lucrative for any active athlete. Depending on the item, a Woods autograph can fetch between $300 and $2,000. By comparison, memorabilia experts say Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriquez, who rules the baseball market, commands $250 for an 8-by-10-inch photo. The asking price for a Derek Jeter autographed photo is generally $200. Signed photos of Shaquille O'neal and Dwyane Wade, basketball's biggest stars, draw similar rates. "(Woods) is the Michael Jordan," said Scott Stimell, the owner of Cardboardmemories.com, a Web site dedicated to sports memorabilia. "He is the Muhammad Ali. Tiger is up there in the upper echelon of sports, and in his field, he's the number one autograph."
