The graph on the right represents your place in Intuition 2-space. As you can see, you scored about average on emotional intuition and about average on scientific intuition. Keep in mind that very few people score high on both! In effect, you can compare your two intuition scores with each other to learn what kind of intuition you 're best at. (Weirdly, your emotional and scientific intuitions are equally strong.)

Is it the same one as before? let me know! (and of course you can have a copy, silly) Also, poll time: what should Sophie's back-to-school hair look like? 1.) same (long layers) 2.) shoulder length layers3.) short hair (like I had before) 4.) whatever else you can think ofi'm getting a bit bored with my long hair again, and despite the fact that I swore I would NEVER cut my hair short again, (horrible grown-in phase), I'm having a longing for the cuteness factor... help! Okay, sleepy time. And then more Witnessing... wheeee

There were serious errors in judgement made during the Clinton Administration that are easy to pick apart in hindsight. It is not fair to look at prior events and assign guilt, however it is fair to bring these instances back up when President Clinton tries to say he was tough on Osama Bin Laden and faults President Bush for not being tough enough. Who put boots on the ground to attack Al Qaida? Not Clinton, but he might have been too busy trying to figure out how to wash a blue dress.

52 year old Pierce Brosnan who started his reign as James Bond at age 42 has announced he will no longer be playing 007 James Bond. Brosnan says he's grateful to have had the role, but adds: "It never felt real to me. I never felt I had complete ownership over Bond. Because you'd have these stupid one-liners which I loathed and I always felt phony doing them." Bronsan's next movie will be "The Matador" where he will be playing a hit man. Let me say personally, I thought Brosnan was the perfect Bond. In fact I always thought he should have been James Bond before Timothy Dalton had even gotten the role. It's a shame he won't be playing the role anymore.

Well, literary immortality, anyway. A gaggle of authors (some Seattlest-approved, some not-so-approved) - including Neil Gaiman, Stephen King, Dave Eggers, John Grisham, Lemony Snicket, Michael Chabon, and Jonathan Lethem - will be auctioning the chance to have the winning bidder's name included in their next work. Clearly, a win would be somewhat conditional - if you want to use a friend's name, you have to get permission, for instance - but they seem pretty accommodating. That said, if your name is Amanda Huggnkiss or Mike Hunt, you had probably better skip this one.

LIMBAUGH: I mean, Cindy Sheehan is just Bill Burkett. Her story is nothing more than forged documents. There's nothing about it that's real, including the mainstream media's glomming onto it. It's not real. It's nothing more than an attempt. It's the latest effort made by the coordinated left.

My favorite concert. Okay, so it was a good concert after Ben Lee played... it was AMAZING after Rufus sang and guitared and pianoed... but then there was Ben Folds... and the concert was Trepuloscistic! Which is the highest amount of good anything can be. Rufus'voice gives me chills. Ben Folds'piano-playing drops my jaw. No really, I haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up, but I've narrowed my choices down to either Rufus Wainwright or Ben Folds. I'm pretty sure about this. Oh, I must say that we certainly know how to pass time in a traffic jam by dancing outside the car and getting free stickers...

Joe Scarborough, circa 1994 U.S. representative (FL) and now MSNBC cable TV talk-show host, is saying that he is being coaxed into challenging Katherine Harris for the U.S. Senate. What is all this resistance to Katherine Harris? I don't like nor understand this apparent opposition to Harris now. She stepped aside for the party in the last election. This time she deserves the party's support.

Deborah Orin writing in the New York Post inform's us that President Bill Clinton's team ignored dire warnings that its approach to terrorism was "very dangerous" and could have "deadly results," according to a blistering memo just obtained by The Post. Then-manhattan U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White wrote the memo as she pleaded in vain with Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick to tear down the wall between intelligence and prosecutors, a wall that went beyond legal requirements. Looking back after 9/11, the memo makes for eerie reading — because White's team foresaw, years in advance, that the Clinton-era wall would make it tougher to stop mass murder.

Network worms are shutting down computers running Microsoft's Windows 2000 operating system, security experts warned Tuesday. Computers across the United States are being hit, including those at cable news station CNN, television network ABC and The New York Times. Tokyo-based antivirus company Trend Micro blames the havoc on various worms, including the Zotob worm that hit the Internet over the weekend and new variants of the Rbot worm. All of the worms exploit a security hole in the plug-and-play feature in the Windows 2000 operating system.

After starring in "The Phantom of the Opera" Gerard Butler has ben signed to star in "300." The adaptation of the Frank Miller graphic novel about true story tells of the 300 elite Spartan fighters who, led by King Leonidas, fought to the death against King Xerxes ` massive Persian army during the battle of Thermopylae in 481-480 B.C.. Zack Snyder will be directing from a script he wrote with Kurt Johnstad for Warner Brothers Pictures. The studio has greenlit a film in the style of the graphic novel with ample use of greenscreen and virtual sets, maintaining the look which Miller created when he wrote and drew the book in 1998. This would mirror what was done by Robert Rodriguez in the film version of "Sin City."

Lott heaps praise mainly on three colleagues: Sens. Jon Kyl, Rick Santorum, and Mitch Mcconnell. Kyl and Santorum he identifies as allies and friends from their time together in the House of Representatives. Mcconnell is praised for his leadership in the Senate during Lott's Strom Thurmond episode. Only expected-to-retire Sen. Bill Frist -- who replaced Lott as Republican leader -- and already-retired Sen. Don Nickles take much of a hit, and it's pretty weak-kneed at that. Sen. George Allen appears to be the only current political entity targeted by Lott's enmity.

But other than chili, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and Kinky Friedman and the Texas Jew Boys, I'm usually pretty hard pressed to think of anything I like about the place (well, ok: there's Janis Joplin, too. And Molly Ivins. And Jim Hightower. But that's it.) The attractive aspects of the state's culture are even more attractive down in Mexico, and the nasty parts are, well, on full display just about every time Shrub opens his mouth. “ I can not support a failed foreign policy. History teaches us that it is often easier to make war than peace. This administration is just learning that lesson right now. The President began this mission with very vague objectives and lots of unanswered questions. A month later, these questions are still unanswered. There are no clarified rules of engagement. There is no timetable. There is no legitimate definition of victory. There is no contingency plan for mission creep. There is no clear funding program. There is no agenda to bolster our over-extended military. There is no explanation defining what vital national interests are at stake. There was no strategic plan for war when the President started this thing, and there still is no plan today ” — Rep Tom Delay (R-TX)

Colonel Shaffer said in an interview on Monday night that the small, highly classified intelligence program, known as Able Danger, had identified the terrorist ringleader, Mohamed Atta, and three other future hijackers by name by mid-2000, and tried to arrange a meeting that summer with agents of the Washington field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to share its information.

Does anyone actually watch the Teen Choice Awards? I stopped on it for less than five minutes while flipping channels and seriously, not even my tolerance for lame and stupid was up to the task of watching one minute more. Though I have to wonder, what do the winners do with their surfboards? Just what the world needs: Ben Affleck writing and producing an ABC pilot "about a near-future United States that has splintered into separate nations following devastating terrorist attacks." If this show does end up being picked up, let's all hope that Alias is cancelled or, at the very least, that Jennifer Garner isn't on the show any longer, as the possibility of any sort of crossover between the two shows makes me want to scratch my nails against a chalkboard.

Nate Robertson faced one of the most formidable offenses in baseball, and held them to two hits on 90 pitches through 8 innings. The offense scratched out a run in the 8th inning to give the team the lead with 3 outs to go. I remember thinking between innings about what move I'd prefer to see at that point - and not really coming up with a clear cut answer. On one hand you have a pitcher who has been stifling and efficient. But, he also benefitted from all of the really hard hit balls that night being hit right at people, and the last two outs of the 8th inning were caught on the warning track. His pitch count was low, but how many times can you count on him to get out hitters of the ilk of David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez (who both were due up the next inning)?

3. Some of the comedians I thought were particularly funny, interesting or enjoyable in the movie: George Carlin, Martin Mull, Sarah Silverman, Paul Reiser, Paul Krassner, David Steinberg's teeth. Stand-out dirty: Howie Mandel, Gilbert Gottfried, Bob Saget. Disappointing: Steven Wright, Smothers Brothers, Eric Idle, Eddie Izzard, Emo Philips. Most annoying: Bob Saget. (Note: There are lots and lots of comedians in this movie, many of whom I never heard of and don't remember.)
