If Dick Cheney is indicted in the Plame leak investigation, President Bush will be faced with a few choices in picking a new Vice President, namely: 1) Does he try to regain his base, or, 2) Does he try to reach out to the center; 3) Does he pick his brother, Jeb? Or, 4) Does he pick an African-american to uplift his abysmal 2% approval rating thus regaining ground that the Republican Party made in 2004 and with Mehlman's courageous apologia.

Travis County court officials said Delay was ordered to appear at the Fort Bend County jail for booking. The warrant was "a matter of routine and bond will be posted," Delay attorney Dick Deguerin said. The lawyer declined to say when Delay would surrender to authorities but said the lawmaker would make his first court appearance Friday morning.

The United States'military's Armed Forces Radio has reversed a decision to add The Ed Schultz show to their lineup abroad, RAW STORY has learned. Schultz was told Sept. 29 he would be added to the military's programming today. That decision was reversed this morning. His producers are currently seeking answers from the military. On his program Friday, Schultz attacked Alison Barber, an Armed Forces official, over President Bush's staged conversation with U.S. troops in Iraq. Barber is an Assistant Secretary of Defense.

Most of winners use photography as the dominant element in the design. Rolling Stone's 1981 cover of John Lennon and Yoko Ono made just hours before he was murdered took the top honor. Annie Leibovitz's photography for Rolling Stone of John Lennon and her photograph of a pregnant Demi Moore for Vanity Fair deserves much credit. Choosing among Young, Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart is like having to pick which member of the Swedish bikini team you ’ d like to have treat your pulled groin – you can ’ t go wrong. But Young has been the most consistent – granted against somewhat lesser competition – all season. He, like the others has a flare for the dramatic, but he gets my nod over Leinart because he doesn ’ t have Reggie Bush to turn and hand the ball to and he gets my nod over Bush because he touches the ball more and takes more hits.

By FREDDY CUEVAS, Associated Press Writer 10 minutes ago SAN PEDRO SULA, Honduras - Hurricane Wilma strengthened into a Category 5 monster early Wednesday packing 175 mph winds, and forecasters said a key reading of the storm's pressure showed it to be the most powerful of the year. The storm's power multiplied greatly over the last day. It was only Tuesday morning that Wilma grew from a tropical storm into a weak hurricane with 80 mph winds. The storm is the record-tying 12th hurricane of the season, the same number reached in 1969; 12 is the most in one season since record-keeping began in 1851. On Monday, Wilma became the Atlantic hurricane season's 21st named storm, tying the record set in 1933 and exhausting the list of names for this year.
