Every time I watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, it puts me in a very weird mood. It's depressing, but its my favorite movie, side by side with Lost in Translation. I can't really explain. Frank's party was awesome, there were amazing costumes and Uncle Kip and Kurt totally made it even better. Pictures soon.

It's so weird how much things can change in just a year. I was just reading the notebooks i wrote in from this time last year. I think i've changed A LOT since last year. Last year, I was SO insecure. I hated my life. I didn't think I'd be able to make it through another year of high school. I was always pessimistic. I had NO self confidence. NONE. I was depressed all the time. I wore a lot of black. I had dark brown hair. It was curly. I HATED it. I thought things would never get better. But anyway, like i said, this year, i am different! yay. WOW, talked to nate on the phone for 2 hours tonight. Yeah long time there. And i might get to see him tomorrow. cool. WOW.. such a crazy year though.

Third, this test measured if you are more of an introvert or an extrovert. By definition, an introvert concentrates more on herself and an extrovert focuses more on others. In this test an introvert was somebody that either tends to spend more time alone or thinks more about herself.

The Good: Trent Lott calling for Karl Rove to step down from his current policy-making position. The Bad: "Fitzgerald was expected to decide within weeks whether to bring charges against Rove. Lawyers involved in the case said Rove provided new information last week to Fitzgerald that prompted him to reconsider charging Bush's top political adviser with making false statements." (from Yahoo News) The Ugly: Harriet Miers.

The key seems to be that the people in the so-called family belong together, perhaps live under the same roof, and have affection for each other. That is the operating definition I am using for this piece. And I have to tell you, Angelina Jolie, her children Maddox and Zahara, and Brad Pitt sure do look like a family.

Australian Prime Minister John Howard announced an “ immediate terror threat to Australia, ” calling back both the House of Representative and the Senate in an effort to pass the proposed anti-terror laws which will give Australian intelligence a bigger hand to help secure the nation. Considering this was the stated reason why legislators were called back into session, I can ’ t help but wonder if the threat is superficial and this is only politics because Howard said “ had not yet received any information that would require a change in the general terror threat level for Australia. ”

You both are somewhat introverted. Originally Snuffleupagus was very shy and was only Big Bird's invisible friend. However as he has aged he has started to build new friendships with new characters. Like Snuffy, you probably like to have some time to yourself. However, you do appreciate spending time with your friends, and you aren't scared of social situations.

In applying the law in Planned Parenthood v. Casey, Judge Alito had to decide whether a spousal notification provision placed an “ undue burden ” on the right to abortion. In forming his opinion, Judge Alito followed the precedents established by Justice O ’ Connor. He combined her definitions of “ undue burden ” with the fact that she had found parental notification laws to be constitutional to determine that spousal notification was also constitutional.

All those rumors and reports that Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey are getting a divorce have apparently really gotten to Jessica. She tells Teen People that she's been seeing a therapist to deal with the stress. Ashlee sounded fine on SNL -- guess those proton pump inhibitors are really working for her.

When Howard Stern escapes FM radio on December 16th for the uncensored world of Sirius Satellite Radio, New York loses more than its most famous shock jock -- it also loses K-rock, the last major station to regularly play new rock music. On January 3rd, former Van Halen singer David Lee Roth will take over Stern's WXRK-FM morning show, and the station will switch to talk radio, leaving classic Q104.3 as New York's last remaining commercial rock station.

Austin, Texas -- In a courtroom victory for Rep. Tom Delay, the judge in the campaign-finance case against the former House Republican leader was removed Tuesday because of his donations to Democratic candidates and causes. A semiretired judge who was called in to hear the dispute, C.W. "Bud" Duncan, ruled in Delay's favor without comment. Duncan ordered the appointment of a new judge to preside over the case. The ruling came after a hearing in which Delay's attorneys argued that state District Judge Bob Perkins'political donations created the appearance of bias. Perkins, a Democrat, has contributed more than $5,000 since 2000 to Democratic candidates such as John Kerry and the liberal advocacy group Moveon.org.

But there is another side to Jay Sekulow, one that, until now, has been obscured from the public. It is the Jay Sekulow who, through the ACLJ and a string of interconnected nonprofit and for-profit entities, has built a financial empire that generates millions of dollars a year and supports a lavish lifestyle -- complete with multiple homes, chauffeur-driven cars, and a private jet that he once used to ferry Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
