Deb and I LOVE to host parties and although they arent perfect, in our opinion we think we do a pretty good job ..... but it also leaves us open to abuse from certain family members who can at times be very rude and down right nasty! Even though its not only towards us its still sends you crashing to a breaking point. We try to laugh about it but after being together for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Mom's B-day AND New Years Eve... it gets a little hard to NOT want to ring that particular person or person's neck!

10 Things Americans Can Agree On: Apple Pie. The stupid singing mom scene in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory sucks. That stupid, no good, singing mom scene in Willy Wonka... really sucks a big one. That stupid fucking singing mom scene needs to be fucking deleted. That stupid singing mom actress needs to die. Seriously, the Famchan cut out the psychedelic boat scene and kept the singing mom scene? Now THAT 'S offensive!

The Family Stone is such a terrific movie. I'm not suprised why Sarah Jessica Parker was nominated for best actress for her role in that movie. She was amazing, in my opinion. Tomorrow I'm going to see Narnia.

I went to Barnes & Noble today, but because Mom got me in a pissy mood I didn't get anything. I should have made Dad take me. He's so uncomfortable when he goes into book stores; it's very amusing. So then we went to Blockbuster to get movies. I wanted to get "Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail", but it wasn't there. So we got another Monty Python, "The Life of Brain", I think. I dunno. Then we got home and I took a nap. And that is my life. "You 're not in Sunday school Bart, stop swearing!" - Marge Simpson

So, about an hour after he & Katie Holmes go on their first date, Oscar nominee Tom Cruise is jumping on billionaire Oprah ’ s suede couch (with his shoes on!) shouting “ I love this woman! ” He then drags her out from backstage, beams like a drunken fool and promptly impregnates her on-stage. Ok, not quite … but that seed sure was planted quick. Tom goes on to lambaste Brooke Shields for taking post-partum meds, rips apart Matt Lauer on The Today Show for not knowing the history of psychology, proposes to Kate atop the Eiffel Tour, buys his own sonogram machine, fires his sister as his publicist, and goes back to battling gay rumours. Oh, and he was in a little movie called War Of The Worlds, too.

That leaves one with the correct impression that this was a renegade doctor who murdered people frequently and finally got tried and convicted for his crimes. By comparison, Jeffry Dahmer, infamous mass murderer killed 17 people. John Wayne Gacy, the serial killer known as the "killer clown" only killed 33 people. To find someone like Kervorkian, you have to find somebody like Timothy Mcveigh, the Oklahoma City bomber who killed 168 people or Ted Bundy whose victims are said to far-exceed 100, though he only admitted to killing 30.

Consider installing the unofficial patch made by programmer Ilfak Guilfanov from here. This patch has endorsement from Sunbelt, F-secure and the Internet Storm Center, it ’ s legit. But understand that it ’ s not a zero-risk proposition, it may create complications later. Possible “ gotcha ” scenario: your system auto-updates and installs the Microsoft patch before you get this one uninstalled. What happens? Who knows. See addendum below.

Last night I dreamt that I was one of the Beatles (I'm not sure which, possibly a John Lennon/Paul Mccartney hybrid) and I was having sex with and naked cuddling with Hagrid. At the same time I listened to a recording of my dead wife talking about doing dirty things with me. Sometimes I like to analyze my dreams, and here's my analysis: Once in awhile, I just have fucked up dreams.

— I might write more on my boys, the Irish, being thumped by Ohio State yesterday, 34-20, but I at least wanted to mention how impressed I am with Troy Smith of the Buckeyes. If you didn ’ t know who he was before that performance yesterday, you do now. On a day when Brady Quinn, the young Irish hurler, was supposed to shine in the spotlight, Smith unveiled a howitzer and sent it to battle, throwing darts and bombs around the Arizona desert like it got relocated to the Middle East. He was truly impressive, and with the performance, officially put his jaded past behind him.

South America is going loco on us. They will probably never amount to a united front, but one-by-one they will become more hostile to us, in the manner of Venezuela's Hugo Chavez and the newly elected Evo Morales of Bolivia, a former coca farmer who aims not to allow America any more say in what crops his people can grow. Chavez can jerk America around on oil imports if he wants to, but probably not without risking his health and position.

Andy Richter: Guest Star MVP!! I feel bad for you if you missed Arrested Development tonight. Because it was awesome. And Andy Richter kicks ass in ALL of his parts. And the parody of the Vh1 "I Love the 70's/80's/90's" with Andy Dick was hilarious. And Ron Howard's narration was flawless. And then there was Ben Stiller, John Laroquette, Judge Reinhold... And the "Live" episode and the 3-D clips. And the HBO and Showtime. And "The OC". It's so brilliant, it hurts. A

After careful deliberation (for over a year), I decided to utilize itunes to download some stuff. I am really glad that I did. I'm listening to some John Williams... specifically the Superman March. I forgot how fucking awesome this song is. Or the movie, for that matter. Superman 2 is better, though. I have high hopes for Superman reborn... with Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor. I've finally decided what to do with Matt in Clark, and I'm really happy with it. Clark and Bruce also get to wear suits at his funeral. I really wanted to look snappy at least once in a Clark film, especially since I spend the rest parodying The Deer Hunter and Clockwork Orange. I'm really bored, and am incapable of making plans on my own.

Washington Redskins defensive boss Gregg Williams immediately emerged as a top candidate for several openings. The Houston Texans contacted the Redskins seeking permission to interview Williams, who also appears to be a leading candidate for the openings in Kansas City and St. Louis. A league source said the Texans contacted Redskins Coach Joe Gibbs to ask for permission to interview Williams next week. A source close to Williams said that the Texans, Chiefs, Rams and Vikings expressed recent interest.
