Sure it's the incarnation of all that is evil in the world. Sure, it has all the ambiance of a corporate waiting room. Sure, going to a Starbucks in Austin is like eating Mcdonald's in Mexico City. But... the Starbucks on Anderson and Rockwood is the only place in my neighborhood that's open past ten and it isn't half bad. Who knew that having wireless not readily available would be a draw for a coffeeshop. Good revising happened tonight. Now I'm off to watch James Frey explain "his side" on Larry King. (Yes, I'm a nerd.)

Saw Brokeback Mountain. Twice, actually. Cause I will go to extreme lengths to not do work. It was very good. And very depressing. The Best Acotr Oscar race is between Heath Ledger and Phillip Seymour Hoffman, imo. Michelle Williams and Anne Hathaway were also very impressive. My favorite part was when Jake Gyllenhaal lassoed Heath Ledger. I want to lasso someone. lol

I just watched season six of that 70s show, and I must say, I'm really disapointed with Eric. How could he leave Donna at the alter?! He totally blew it. So to make myself feel better, I went back to the fifth season when Eric went to California to get Donna and Hyde and Jackie started making out all over the place. and I do feel better.however; it might be the glass of wine I had. We were all out of orange juice and apple juice. And the wine is doing its job; I'm tired. Goodniiightttt

Who are these despicable characters? None other than Democrats currently serving as members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Their poor, unsuspecting, victim is none other than Judge Samuel Alito. Judge Alito ’ s wife, Martha-ann Bomgardner, even today was forced to flee the hearing room (aka, the torture chamber) with tears streaming down her face because of the unending and merciless interrogation tactics employed by Senate Dems.

DAMON AND AFFLECK TO REMAKE CLASSIC Westernbest pals MATT DAMON and BEN AFFLECK are teaming up on the big screen again to remake BUTCH CASSIDY AND THE SUNDANCE KID. The actors will take on the roles made famous by PAUL NEWMAN and ROBERT REDFORD in the 1969 classic. Judge Alito will indeed be our new Supreme Court Associate Justice considering the tenor of Senator Joe Biden's and Senator Herbert Kohl's questioning. Senator Biden conceded that Judge Alito knew more about these judicial matters than the Senate Judiciary Committee members do since their day job was to concern themselves about the matters of war and other earth-shaking issues. It has been a good two days for the next Supreme Court justice, Samuel A. Alito.
