guess what? no really, guess! okay, i guess i can tell you... well, ya see.. there's this guy. He's totally amazing, i've never met anyone else like him. He's about 6'4 ", with blonde hair and the most beautiful greenish blue eyes you've ever seen. He'd do anything to make me laugh, and on those horrible days he's pretty much the only one that can make me smile. He's always there, and is always ready for a good conversation. i absolutely love my tyler anthony louviere. =) Happy 8 Months baby!

World News Tonight anchor Bob Woodruff and cameraman Doug Vogt are out of surgery and are reported to be in serious but stable condition. Very shortly, the men are to be transported to Landstuhl, Germany for observation and recovery. We do know a little more about the attack that injured them, and what comes now: the explosion occurred at 12: 25 PM local time, which translates to 3: 25 AM CST/4: 25 AM EST; the two were in an armored vehicle, but were standing up through a turret atop the vehicle, which is perhaps why they were injured above the chest; the two arrived at the hospital 37 minutes after the attack; and Woodruff, who was scheduled to anchor the State of the Union alongside Elizabeth Vargas, will obviously not be doing that.

Wait, huh? No Best Picture nod for "Munich", but Spielberg gets in here? What gives? Well, let's put it this way: His name is Steven Spielberg, and that will most likey be enough to carry him to his sixth directing nomination. Ang Lee is in, especially after winning the DGA on Saturday night, and George Clooney will also make the short list, based on his great directorial abilities and tremendous buzz. Rounding out the list is Paul Haggis for "Crash" and my longshot, David Cronenberg. However, don't be surprised if someone like Bennett Miller ("Capote") sneaks in, especially with the DGA nod in his favor.

But wait, there's more. The feds also spent $160,000 of your dollars on "seafood waste research" in Fairbanks, Alaska. And $654,000 for "agriculture waste utilization research" in Robert Byrd Memorial State, also known as West Virginia. And we can't forget the $2,300,000 spent on "animal waste management," or the $137,500 for "waste management research" in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The book, by London University law professor Phillipe Sands, said Mr Blair gave his total support to Mr Bush at the secret White House meeting in January 2003. After the meeting, the two leaders gave a press conference where Mr Bush appeared to support going for a second UN resolution to give specific approval for a war.

Did any one actually see Underworld: Evolution for plot? No, you went to see Kate Beckinsale in a shrink-wrapped outfit (usually) kicking copious amounts of monster ass. Scott Speedman was a bonus for the ladies. And on that criteria, I give a hearty "Mission Accomplished!"

Russell Crowe - Cinderella Manralph Fiennes - The Constant Gardeneri chose Terrence Howard because there's an under-representation of blacks in the categories this year, with the only other possible nominee being Don Cheadle for Supporting Actor. Besides, it was a solid breakout role for him and he was also featured in a polar opposite role in the high-profile Crash. Cinderella Man was released too early and Russell Crowe's got a pretty bad rep going. And The Constant Gardener's buzz seems to be mostly about Rachel Weisz and not Ralph Fiennes. Best Actress

I admit it, I watch Smallville. I don't watch it for Tom Welling/Superman. Pretty boys strike me as bland; everything is just a little too easy for them. And Lana Lang is a little tiring with her dewy eyes and hard stare as Clark Kent lies to her. I like the Lex Luthor storyline. He's conflicted, flawed and beautifully bald. His father is a toad. Lex is not quite a bad guy yet but he's leaning that way due to family and other influences. I enjoy watching his internal struggle each week. I like his unapologetic greed to exceed. If not for Lex, I don't think I'd watch the show at all. He's a cautionary tale without the teen angst. Kudos to Michael Rosenbaum for making the character believably awful, tragic and

Jury selection begins today in Houston for the trials of Ken Lay and Jeffrey Skilling. Their lawyers argue that they won't be able to empanel a fair-minded jury in Houston on account of a lot of people there were screwed-over-for-life by Enron. In Iraq, things have not gone as well as predicted by the Bush Administration. New Orleans basks in the warm afterglow of a faith-based levee system.

And Kris, remember what Anna originally said - if you cheat on her, she ’ s gonnaend up having sex with Miguel Tejada. And no one wants that.

Phase Three (mid to late ’ 90s) “ Music First ” branding serves as a contrast to MTV ’ s increasingly non-music image; programming trends toward the the ironic and self-referential with Behind the Music, Pop Up Video and kitschy repeats of Solid Gold and The Midnight Special; videos skew in a mainstream pop direction (Sheryl Crow, Counting Crows, Eric Clapton); live performance rules with VH-1 Storytellers and VH-1 Divas In Concert.

AMY GOODMAN: Harry Belafonte, speaking about people listening to you, I wanted to ask you about the surveillance scandal, President Bush wiretapping Americans without court warrant. This isn't the first time, of course, and you were a victim of it. Can you, in talking about that, also talk about your relationship with Dr. Martin Luther King, how you met, the conversations you had, and then recently learning about these wiretaps?
